Choosing the right home inspector is easier than you think.

“My goal is for people to be better off for having met me” – Mickey Pace

And just as you want men to do to you, you also do to them likewise. – Luke 6:31

I believe in the Golden Rule and I will inspect your new home as if I were buying it myself.

My name is Mickey Pace and my life goal is for people to be better off for having met me. I became a residential inspector to achieve that goal by helping others with one of the biggest investments in their lifetime; buying a home.

Unlike most professionals you hire, you probably won’t meet me until our appointment. Different inspectors have varying qualifications, equipment, experience, reporting methods, and pricing. A thorough home inspection depends heavily on the individual inspector’s own effort. If you honor me by permitting me to inspect your new home, I personally guarantee that I’ll give you my very best effort.
